REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

When you register your child, we need the following items:

Complete registration form

HRS 3040 forms – physical and immunizations record provided by your doctor• One weeks tuition (first week of school)
Signed parent/school agreement
Registration, insurance and supply fee of $100.00 (Non-refundable)We must have the above listed items when your child begins school. Please let us know at the time of registration if there will be a problem providing us with any of these documents.

Discounts Available:
$10 off tuition weekly for each additional child enrolled
Pay only one registration for two children.
Also $15 off registration fee if you mention our website
